  1. OO Gauge & 4mm Scale
    I recently acquired a Hornby J94 hoping that it would perform better than the Dapol J94 I already have to the extent that it would not be so noisy due to the gears I think! I find out however that it has exactly the same motor and gears as the Dapol one; indeed it would seem that the Terrier...
  2. Just for fun I thought I'd ask this question since I've been thinking about this recently. What is the best locomotive that you can't find in OO scale?
  3. Should be something for most folk among the releases. My choice of highlights An all new tooling for the LMS Black 5 with scope for a selection of the many variations of this supposedly standard class - that's a very good move as the existing tired model was looking like a 'low hanging fruit'...
  4. Usual write up in Hornby magazine regarding the Bachman V2 and especially how powerful this loco proves to be, meanwhile there is clearly a lot of detail such as the wood window surrounds the cab looks very good there is a new type tender coupling and the 21 pin decoder socket is in the loco...
  5. I've been absent from this forum for some time but here are a few recent projects. The first is a Metropolitan Railway K class Tank engine created from a Bachmann N Class.
