Image Description
Although these tram cars originated in Switzerland, unlike most funiculars I have travelled on, they have fixed seats on a level floor just like trams. This leads to some very strange feelings as you climb at 45 degrees through the residential sky scrapers of Hong Kong's mid levels. Your brain says that you are sitting bolt upright whilst all the buildings around you are at angles that the leaning tower of Pisa can only dream of.
