The idea behind my layout is to highlight an industrial flavour to a layout that has more than one or two things going on. What I didn't want to build was a layout where I would complete it and then think shortly after,I'm bored, what's next? So the plan is to keep adding new features but not to the extent where there is too much going on. I have seen some that are just too busy.
The time era is mid to late steam into diesel. I will however have Visitors, as I love LNER and LMS so there is fun to be had there. I will also have a longer distant visit from our Southern cousins eventually so again there might be a wee surprise in time.
I am running with dcc and Gaugemasters Advance Prodigy 2 that I have found really good to use but in honesty I am still getting to know it and dcc for that fact so the forum here is invaluable.
The gauge is oo and I have a mixture of Hornby,Bachmann, Helijan and Dapol locos leaning more towards steam. So here we go I will try and give updates as time allows please feel free to comment and offer advice.

This album is an impression of my thoughts on Scottish Industrial towns between the big four and up to corporate blue. I have called it Bridge St for many reasons but mainly as I love to see one or more trains passing over others in varying styles and situations of bridges. This will become apparent as the layout develops.
