A twin track, continuous running, analogue, 9' 1o" × 3' 4", OO layout (incl. some OO-9/HOe) - initially a exercise in 'maxising' rail density (but not quite) to create a storage layout/ test track- as it gets some long overdue TLC and undergoes some renovation work incl. whatever else comes to mind.
