hello just wondered if any one could help me im in the process of scratch building some stock for my new layout and wanted to make some Departmentals & Internal Users wagons and didnt know if there were any plans or diamensions many thanks dave

This is such a wide subject that there is no simple answer. Many departmental wagons started out in revenue service (some started as coaches too!) so a simple repaint might be all that is needed (assuming you could buy the 'normal' version). Others were modified, rebuilt or aquired new bodies. Some were built new. This is an area that is starting to be catered for RTR. What scale and what period are you modelling?
