I have never seen plain track as paper templates, but that does not mean it doesn't exist!
However I have some PECO point templates for download on my web site

The files are in PDF format so you will need Adobe acrobat reader to veiw and print them.
There are only a selected few available at the moment, I will get round to doing a few more in due course.
If there is one in particular you need let me know and I'll upload it to the page.
