Unfortunately boiler overhauls are expensive and money has to be raised by the owning group. You also have to remember that if she is going through the SVR shops she will have to join the queue.

As an aside ther are a couple of errors in the BBC article.

Come on the Mr Britho tell us what the errors were?

My (uneducated and highly speculative) guess is that it wasn't ordered by the MoD and didn't end up in Iran, it was ordered by the Agricultural commission to plough fields in France and ended up in Iraq, and was rumored to be fitted with Water Melting Devices (WMD's) but after lengthy investigations this was proved incorrect.
