The members of our club TRm has done it again.
Watch all the elements involved...specially the barriers.

Good old HO Doug.

Excellent stuff - the Faller roadway system really does add an extra dimention & the possibilities are endless.

We have just the level crossing on SL - we used to have barriers as well, but we suffered from the mechanism being delicate (very nice though) & finger prodding.
What barriers are you using ?

Thanks for the link.
Brian,

The barriers are Viessmann, road system is as you put it correctly Faller.
The ringing bell and trafic lights are modified Faller.
The Truck,Bus and the VW van are all modified Faller.
The whole system is coupled with occupancy dedectors and alot of electronic stuff which is beyond me.

Hi Baykal - the ones we used on SL were also Viessmann & we must have got through 3 complete sets !

The actuators were ok - it was the delicate mechanism on the barriers themselves that gave the problems.

The electronics are, indeed a lot of work !

Thanks for the information.

I claim responsibility for one!

Very impressive though.

Thanks for the link - recently on eBay.de I saw a clip with a bus with working stop lights, indicators/hazard lights &, the best of all - gradual slowdown & speed up !
I think it was using some method of transponding (similar to what they do at Miniature Wunderland) but it looked very, very effective.

Project for Richard perhaps ? (we'll supply the bus).

Thanks for the link.

That one looked like it was an animation where they had taken a sequence of stills and moved the truck by hand.
