Welcome to this forum. If I may elaborate further there are two aspects to your question.
As already mentioned Peco's code 100 streamline uses the same rail section as the Hornby set track so mechanical connection is no problem. However, the geometry of set track and streamline is very different, and you have to make your own decisions about how to adapt them to work together, if that was your question. (Plenty of layouts are built with this mixture of track systems.)
But if the question was, 'are Hornby OO gauge locos and rolling stock compatible with Peco code 100 streamline?' then the answer is not just yes, but actually this range and all other RTR OO will perform better on a layout built with streamline track instead of set track. Larger radius curvature is possible, and the points are much superior both in offering live crossing options and a range of larger radii.
