Hi all
Just wondering if anyone on the forums has purchased a loco from Apple Green Engines. I quite like the P1 2-8-2 and although they seem a bit pricey they are the only RTR option I know of. Are their loco's worth the price, they certainly look quite good in the photo's on their web site. Throw your opinion in if you have got one or know of a friend of a friend etc.

OK, That makes for some interesting reading. I didn't realise people got that hot under the collar on the matter of toy trains. Sadly it doesn't make Apple Green Engines look too flash, althought I'd still like to see one their P1's first hand.

Thomson's Great Northern really is an ugly beast, I think they've done it full justice, that's really what it looked like...mostly.
