QUOTE (Ruggy @ 8 Jan 2009, 09:28) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Hi ive started looking for an APT set and was wondering if anybody knew an alternative to ebay to start looking. Any specialists in this kind of thing anywhere? A quick search on google threw up a few sets that were already sold at auction
Any help appreciated
Hi Ruggy
I would use the "advanced search" to include items worldwide you may find what you are looking for in other countries at cheaper prices to offset the increase in postage. quite often there are British outline for sale in USA or Australia or even continental Europe.
I added this from another post

You should sign up for an automated bidding service like AuctionSniper
They will put a bid on for you at the last seconds of the auction - takes the stress away from the last few minutes and you can put in the most you are prepared to pay , so you don't overspend
