Have not been doing much railway modeling of late (being paying too much attention to my wargaming miniatures) and have decided I miss it. So I have commenced building the first diesel loco owned by the Aramac tramway, offically known as R.R.Mac it was known by the locals as PawPaw due to its bright yellow paint job. Anyway I have commenced the body shell from 1mm and 0.5mm plasticard. The radiator was cut out of an old 1/24 scale truck radiator.

Once completed the loco will be fitted with a custum built mech I purchased a while ago, for HOn3.5 as the tramway used 3'6" gauge the same as Queensland Railways to which it connected.

Managed to get a little bit more done, added the cab interior (as much as what there was), the Cab roof and some of the fixtures around the loco.

And a shot of it next to my Revell Bigboy to give an idea of the size of the loco. both HO scale.
