ASHFORD MRC (KENT)

Just to say this years Ashford MRC exhibition will take place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th May. The venue is once again the Stour Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent.

Saturday: 10.00 to 17.00 Sunday: 10.00 to 16.30

Admission: Adults - £5.00, children and concessions £3.00.

20 layouts plus trade support.

I will be there helping dbc50 to earn a crust so come and identify yourselves.

unfortunatly i am working that day. but good luch with the exhibition. i would much rather be there than in this dingy office!!

If you are coming to the show just remember it's this weekend. As an aside you can always buy us tea or coffee!!

Nice full page article in the local Kentish Express newspaper with St Laurent as the main photo. Two suspicious characters lurking behind it too

According to the papers text over 3,000 people turned up
which is excellent for a local show really, especially considering 80% of the roads around Ashford's town are being dug up and converted to two way traffic.

The one on the right is far and away the most dubious of the pair - believe me I know.

Thanks for posting that bit of info, I will now have to try and source a copy, which is not easy in Margate.
