Hi I have just joined could any member tell me what these 2 Controllers are used for thanks

Welcome to the Forum. These are controllers for model railways and suitable, I would think, for the majority of models up to '0' gauge/7mm:ft scale.

The 'Inertia' in their name refers to inbuilt electronics which are designed to give the model trains the effect of 'Weight' - ie if you opened a real loco's regulator or controller, the real-life train doesn't leap off at speed as a model one would but accelerates away gradually. Likewise when the brake is applied, a real train slows down gradually whereas if you cut off the supply to a model train it will stop virtually instantly.

I've not heard of this company before, so can't comment on their reliability. But they must be old stock as the telephone number area code predates the '01' institution.
