The body is a push fit, not mentioned in instructions. Lifting at one end seems the best way to remove the body. The frame screws seem to need to be undone totally in order to remove the light board. Be aware that the insulating bush between the frames will drop onto the floor and disappear into another dimension for twenty minutes. The bogies will fall out and need to be refitted. Not hard to do thank goodness. Compare dcc board to photo in order to fit it the correct way. When fitted, reverse the disassembly oreder and Bob's your Auntie.
