Just some thoughts regarding the roof hight.... Since I have no Clue of how big this room is I would maby suggest you consider what hight you want the layout to be at for Your Comfort,
and also if building in modules is an idea so you can easily get to the sections you are working on by placing them where is best for Your work to be done.
