While perusing Ebay today I saw a Bachmann A4 Empire of India for sale. This is one of a limited edition of 500 and would be a magnificent addition to any collection.

Just thought I'd give a heads up to any collectors out there.

Oh and apparently the same guys is listing his Hornby Princess Elizabeth in 18ct gold trim which was released for the Queens Golden Jubilee tommorow.

Aren't the collectors lucky.

the empire of india looks good.

the golden stuff does frustrate me slightly. i collect stamps as well and i put the gold stuff on a par with those countries that produce masses of stamps simply to give collectors something to do.

They are very pretty, but why does it have to be a limited edition?

It's to appeal to the collectors I think.
