Interesting subject of fitting new chassis to older models etc.Being an engineer by trade,a whole multitude of diciplines from electrial/electronic/hydraulic etc and being a builder of custom cars/bikes and trikes.If things are done in a controlled,planned fashion,you can pretty much fit something to anything else with a bit of FORETHOUGHT,thats where most projects fall flat on their faces.I know Bachman are/were still using some of the Mainline molds,dont know if they still are.Have fun and all the best,Stew.
