I find Bachmann service at Hinckley very good and way better than Hornby whilst others such as Heljan simply do not exist, phone them up and ask you will likely be surprised. For instance I wanted a new Austerity and bought a wartime one, realised it was no easy matter to change over so asked them for a new body which they sent, meanwhile Hornby when sent 4 locos included 2 Black 5's told me they were no longer in production or available, Heljan have Gaugemaster but they are spares only not repairs. No reports on Oxford. In the case of Heljan Garrett that one is dealt by Hattons who are quite decent, maybe the other option and see if there is a second hand one with naff body available at Hattons.
