Capt.Hi,
"Beli Beco" it is called. Totally a family owned (Husband + wife + and two kids ) small company in fact that is the whole company. I have met them personally at the Nurnberg fair last year. They produce their lamp posts all by themselves.Cheap they are but I found them to be a bit crude.
I think I have their e-mail somewhere. If required I'll have a look for you.
