Heres a bit of an update on the production model pics. It's a bit pricey but it does look excellent.

The price coming to $795 before and $845 after delivery

They will do weathering for an additional $25 and sound for $90 although it is a QSI decoder.

I guess it really depends on your skill level as to how long it will take. I have never tried a kit before like this. Hopefully Ozzie will tell us how hard it is to build as he has already built one?

I'm interested in one as it is a fair bit cheaper than the Eureka which ozzie didn't rate too highly.

They would have to be. There is very little available in Ozzie outline off the shelf. If you are going to seriously model Australia, you would have to be into scratchbuilding.

I've seen that one at the shows. The display model looks really good. It's the $600 it costs that puts me off.
