I just bought a bottle of this stripper on flea bay for a tenner.I have only used it to strip Bachmann On30 stock,but it does what it says on the tin,or bottle rather.
Its water based,washes out easy and don't smell.
For a tenner you get 750ml of the stuff,in old money that's about a pint and a half I think.
Again,I have only used it on the above mentioned,but it works,and I have no connection with the makers.
