I've just found a picture of 31205 dating from 1996 in red stripe but according to the allocation history book it was stored unservicable in 1995 but not officially withdrawn awaiting disposal til 98. Looking at the picture its a very forlorn looking loco with hardly a complete window and all the doors wide open.
Other than that i can find a few in railfreight but without the red stripe.
Also found a couple of class 20's in very weather worn red stripe so that class might yield a few survivors too if not all in working order. I found these few locos on the Martin Bray uk loco website the address for which is...
