British Model Railway Diorama Competition

For someone like me who is probably years away from doing any nice detailed scenery type work this looks like a great chance to indulge. Having read the rules and discovered the A4 in question is not one Sir Nigel's finest , I have a rather delicate question. Some of the Noch products are, how can I put this ? X rated. Is there any guidance available on this? I'm guessing that their use would need to be discrete if the winners are going to go "on the road".

Shame about the type of A4, would have been a chance to show of my new Merlin. B)

I quite fancy giving this a whirl. It would be good to use in the house as a display medium. Bit small though. Guess that's the challenge.

Is this one of the competitions where you provide updates of how you are doing as you go along? Or do you just do a grand unveiling on the day?

Maybe I'd better go back and read the instructions.
