JUST CONSTUCTED ONE OF THESE TONIGHT USING LIGHT CARD ......MAKES UP INTO A NICE LITTLE CONTAINER BUT MAYBE WITH THE NEXT ONE I WILL CUT THE THING UP INTO SEPERATE PIECES AND TRY IT ON A THICK CARD TO MAKE A STRONGER STRUCTURE
I have constructed a couple so far straight from the printer paper. They were a bit fiddly but the end product looks good. One thing, on my set up some of the printed shapes are incomplete, I am printing onto A4, possibly larger format paper will work better.
Another idea I have is to make up wooden shapes of the correct size and glue the cutouts direct onto them.
If nothing else, these containers would make excellent yard fillers stacked up as in the real thing, no weight penalty either.
Following from my last post. I have sussed how to get the patterns onto an A4 sheet. In the print selection page I have to choose between all and current view and check in the print preview to ensure all is present.
I expect most of you will already know this but us thickos take a little longer to find out.
