I am interested in the Bachmann Cambrian Express Train Set - I'd love to have a digital set though so I can have other steam locomotives on the same track.

Is it possible to adapt the locomotive which comes with the Cambrian Express Train so a Decoder can be installed?

Does this set contain a Manor? If it does it will require a little more work than some locos as the Bachmann Manor has a split chassis .I have a Manor and although I have converted many non DCC loco to digital I havent yet tackled a split chassis loco. I am sure with so many experts contributing to this site one will be able to tell you how to do this.

This is the one which has the manor split chasis.

split frames are relatively easy. I'm not in the UK at present but if you want a reliable experienced installer try:
