I seem to remember reading that they are allowed in Germany as long as it's in a historical context, but that they are totally banned in France. Mind you, Revell and Airfix haven't included them since, oooh, as long as I can remember.

The United Kingdom is in the Eurpoean Union. The swastika is not banned here. As far as I know the only country that has a total ban is France. I think it is allowed in Germany for historical purposes only and is banned only for political and propaganda purposes.
