Not supporting 2 digit addresses, as Graham Plowman has suggested some systems do, would be a clear violation of the NMRA standard (not just an RP). I don't think an adequate case has been made for dropping this compatibility --- it can hardly be difficult to do in what are after all higher end systems.

Bachmann EZ-Command is a 2 digit address system and has been around for a while. How do high end systems which don't support this standard manage?

Clearly the new Bachmann Dynamis system will support 2 digit addressing as it is EZ-Command compatible.

Now the mods here have made their point about keeping discussion civilised so please could their wishes be respected.

Happy modelling

Hang-ten guys.

Lest leave this issue for a little while. The same arguments will crop up and the same people will say the same things.

Lets come back to it when we have done some testing of the Hornby system.
