There is also a Russian magazine called Lokotrans which is a mix of model and full size railway stuff. It comes out every month and is - naturally - in Russian though I use PROMPT tranlator on the net to help me understand. the news sections on whats available are excellent as are the drawings and photos. The magazine can be obtained here:http://www.russian-railways.com/ and if you are in Moscow it is available at main railway stations (they say).
