Creating hedgerows

A matter of weeks back, one of 'The Club' members asked me to purchase some scouring pads for the scenery. I wondered why, but eventually got some and when I saw what he did with it, I was amazed. It turns out he cuts it to size, pastes a glue on it and then covers it with green flock to create a hedgerow. As much as I like things to look good with scenics, at 3 for just £1 in one of the big supermarkets, it is a cheaper way of creating them, plus you do get more for your money if cost counts.

Below, is the type of scouring pad to which I refer and apologise for the slight blur to the picture.

These measure approx 6" x 4". Sorry, I don't do metric. I'm still into inches.
