For a smaller company like Dapol I think it's a great idea!
And it re-enforces the impression with the public that they are prepared to do things differently.
Good on them!

That is good but I tried to download it so it could be printed out & read at leisure without having the need to switch on the PC but seems that it cannot be downloaded.
Perhaps DAPOL could make it available as a PDF.

A word of warning about printing off 32 full colour A4 pages with an inkjet printer. You will use a lot of ink!

If you are going to do that Dapol had just as well charge £3 as it would more than likely save you money!

Thans Ozwarrior for that link & Gary, yes printing the lot would take some ink.
At least with the File on my PC, I can print the page/s that I am interested in without having to go the the Net to do this.
Do Hornby know that Dapol have used a picture of their B17 to illustrate Hul City? You can clearly see the out of alignment centre axel on the tender and the contact beneath the draw-bar.

Have they gone for the Flag pole on the right just to be different too? In a world where flags are normaly illustrsted as flying from the left this looks odd,
I assume this will be available in print as well , they normally give it free with BRM

Probably due to the fact that Dapol have a brand new online shop, doing away with one of the main reasons for having a catalogue online. The redesigned site looks way better though.
