*** Except when its SN3-1/2.... Its actually relatively common (ie probably larger than EM or P4 in numbers) when considered from a world-wide perspective.

Sn3-1/2 is very often used for 3'6" gauge modelling in SA, Australia and NZ to name a few.... There are many lovely layouts and some really nice gear in that scale/gauge combination - which can conveniently use 16.5mm track like OO and HO for the "track-challenged" modeler.
