Have just wandered onto the DJH site....looking for something else...and was struck by the incredible [to my eyes] value of some of the continental shunter kits they are offering.....ALL IN O GAUGE!!!!!
For example, a BR45 shunter...complete except for motor...[wheels and gearbox included]....from £325, down to £142....!!!!
similar with an SNCF Y51100....
better still, an SNCF Y 9201, ready to run, painted...from £625 down to £225
FOR ME, A BARGAIN, IN LIGHT OF THE HATCHETTE OFFERING, FOR SIMILAR MONEY...IS DJH'S BR STANDARD 2 TANK, 2-6-2T......READY TO RUN,PAINTED....AT £650 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
