Its a shame because a good organisation should welcome feedback. Some of their products are great , but I must admit they do not come across as an organisation that is particularly friendly. Suspect this is due to the attitude at the top rather than their PR man.

Totally agree about their PR man. I had a chat with Dennis at the end of the Saturday night of the Glasgow show and he was a pleasure to speak to. Also must mention Jim Maclellan(Scottish Bachmann rep) who was a really nice guy to talk to and was more than happy to chat despite weariness.
