The Javelin service does however compare well with the pre-tunnel non-stop boat train, Victoria <> Dover Marine which was timed at 90 minutes despite there being no intermediate stops.

I await the day when you break through the wall and reproduce DM in 4mm scale. Until then I will continue to enjoy this excellent thread and marvel at your wonderful videos. It is sometimes hard to tell if we are looking at the 1:1 and 1:76 worlds dt.

Julian came up for the Folkestone Show, a couple of weeks ago, I will let him post his thoughts', on seeing DP "in the raw".

I thank you all, for your kind comments', but, am not The White Rabbit, that can give you the potion, to see what the webcam see's.

DP is still under development and, may have this section finished, early in the New Year, but not saying which one.

There is a fair amount to update you with, so will post on a daily basis.

I will start with, the Humble, Hornby Networker.

I am really struggling to tell which is a model and which is real. If you ever start using focus stacking software I think I will have to admit defeat

Brilliant stuff

Thanks Mike.

"New technology" a 3 colour led.
Matt @ Absolute Aspects will be launching his new
range of signals similar to mine from the 1st January 2016.

First test video, forget the sequential timing for now, between colours it is done manually, via a rotary switch, supplied by a 9.volt battery, for test.

Hi David,

Long time; you have used the time exceedingly well !

Shame you gave up on the model railways side, and went to photography, but maybe you will flit between !

As dwb has already said - I struggle to pick between !

FANTASTIC.

Love to understand more on the 3D structure - in process lol !

Cheers,

Norm

Well, it has been awhile, even Norman looked in.

The Dover Priory section of the layout, has not progressed.

But, the other section, Shakespeare Cliff/Tunnel has seen some progress.

Hope you all have been behaving yourselves, hear Richard has moved house.
