***No, you cannot - however I have to say that G Scale runs just fine at the voltage Dynamis puts out. 22 volts is a "max" figure that allows for significant voltage drop in scantily/badly wired garden layouts - the loco's themselves certainly don't need anywhere near that to operate well.
