The new Mobile station for ECoS manual is available for download from the new revamped ESU website. Here you can download it for your perusal. It is only in German at this point but does have handy colour pictures of how to instal the interface with the ECoS. Looking good.

Yes Rob, it's getting that way. By the way in the instructions it says that;

Before turning locomotives and magnetic articles with the mobile control can control
Must first few settings on the hit ECoS
. In particular, you must first all locomotives and magnetic article
Assign the Mobile Control.
The mobile control itself should be in the setup menu, "devices in the system"
As "Mobile Control".
If the receiver module is not in the list is either
The receiver module is not properly inserted or your ECoS
Has a small firmware 1.1.0. Check the firmware version
And the installation of the receiver module.

There then follows a diagram of the set up page on the ECoS it shows Mobile Control along with S-88 and power boost. I checked my ECoS last night and it does not have the Mobile Control line in it. My understanding of this bit is that it will not appear until you install the reciever module. Is the mobile control line showing on anyone else's set up menu?

I have updated my system to 1.1.1.

That's the way I'd do it if I was writing the software. It doesn't confuse people who don't need to know.
