I do not recall how long it took for my registration to come through as it was some time ago. However if you've being waiting for say 5 working days, I think it's fair to contact them via email just to check they have received your application and that it is being processed.

Having access to the downloads is an important part of your ownership. If I hadn't got mine, I'd still be on version 1 of the software.

Hi David As you will gather i now have my new Ecos 2 I am already Registered with ESU and i cannot find the Box where you put your serial Number. Also Which is the serial number on the back of the Ecos. thanking you in Advance. Babs

Hi Babs,

Couple of thoughts:
1) Where to get the serial number. I think it may be available in one of the screens on the ECoS itself - Dig around in the help / about / info sections.

2) There may be two registration processes -
a) You register yourself as a use on the ESU forum.
b) You register your ECoS with the ESU forum in the name of your ESU forum user?

David Good Morning I did have another go on the ESU Account website late last night found it and on the Unit.ESU replied this morning and it is now fully registered. Thank you.
