Hi Waldemar Have you thought about updating the software to make sure you have the up to date version. Also is it registered with ESU, If so they can help by email. But it must be registered. Just a few thoughts. Babs

I was able to reset my device through lan connection. I'm just curious regarding software update. My current version is 4.0.1. Is there any advantage on the new software update or leave the current version. Thanks
I have two more question regarding backup and parts for my ECO ESU 50200. How can I backup ESU 50200 firmware?
I Have broken knob on my controller. Is there any chance to purchase replacement parts? Thanks
Waldemar, How old is your Ecos?? The only place in Europe for spare parts is ESU Itself.
Regarding the backup of the Firmware go on to the ESU forum website and you will probably get your answer there. Babs
