ESU Ecos 50200 issue.

Hi !
My ESU Ecos 50200 is not working properly anymore. Won't go past "Please Wait". Any help how to solve that problem is deeply appreciated.

Thank you for fast reply. I will update software as soon as I can make it working. I already ask ESU for help. Still waiting.
I hoped that someone on the forum has had already the same problem and successfully solved it. Thank you again.

I was able to reset my device through lan connection. I'm just curious regarding software update. My current version is 4.0.1. Is there any advantage on the new software update or leave the current version. Thanks:)

I have two more question regarding backup and parts for my ECO ESU 50200. How can I backup ESU 50200 firmware?
I Have broken knob on my controller. Is there any chance to purchase replacement parts? Thanks
