try http://www.acmetreni.it and click on "elettrotreni" They do a basic set of ETR 500s with two power units, one not motorized, of the second, dual-voltage, series, a first class coach and a second class coach and and amendment with another first class and two second class coaches. No restaurant car, though, if there is one in the prototype.
