These are reliable switches albeit not cheap - don't think about using them with point motors such as Peco or H & M - they draw too much current as the contacts are (from memory) 2a - more than enough for most point motors from across the water.

Viessmann also make some useful modular switches - look at cat nos. 5549 & 5550. If you cannot get either of these locally send me a PM.
