This apparently is the standard feature for the function buttons,the ZTC511 which I have is exactly the same.
As I understand it these function buttons were originally specified like this so as to turn a specified function (ie. lights etc) on and then off.
Hence the toggle action.
I am on the understanding that the new Dynamis buttons will be user programmable to eliminate this problem.
