I think I can solve the problem, as I was at the Karlsruhe event in 2011 and again in 2012, where the Czechs were out in force again. A lot of the pics are of Regner locomotives, though not all, and if you look through the initial weblink pics, you´ll find one of Mr Regner himself, smiling benignly at his own work. Herr Regner is - together with Ralph Reppingen - one of the leading lights of the German-speaking live steam scene producing two or three new locomotive models each year, each available in kit form.
