It may be hard to believe but not all of us live in rabbit hutches !
Don't forget also that "end to end" type layouts are very popular in the UK as well.
N is far too small for many of us anyway, not to mention the lack of accessories, figures, building & so on to go with it - & that's without the nightmare of trying to fit decoders................
