Hi there, I would just like say how great HORNBY after sales service really is !!
Whilst on Holiday in the UK I got myself a "King Stephen" It was very hard to find. The Box had been slightly damaged, due to a previous price tag. I managed to get a 5 quid reduction on the loco ( still 80 quid though ) When I got home I decided to give Hornby a ring to ask about a new sleeve.
4 days later there was a huge parcel in front of my door. HORNBY had sent me free of charge a new sleeve for my King!! It cost them 3,85 £ to send it !!
Now thats what I call customer service !!
