Humbrol no 3 is close but not correct. Humbrol used to make railway colours an also had a post-1954 BR locomotive green. I have some still in a drawer but can't rememebr the reference number off-hand.

I believe Hornby may be releasing a new range of railway colours under the Humbrol brand this year (to be confirmed).
