QUOTE (Bernardas @ 29 Feb 2012, 15:05) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>I have Gutzold BR 86 DB.This is completely the same model as old Piko BR 86 DR.One to One.Same body, same frame.Same everything.Only motor is much better. With flywheel.I think Gutzold BR 86 Hobyline is completely the same .

Not true. The plastic material is less brittle, and the wheels don't wobble anymore.

As for the 64, imho it is very, very crude. Otoh, you could try and get one for cheap from a starter set.

Whilst they are very probably surpassed by high-tech 3-D-printed Chinese cars (w/ Lithuanian drivers), the Mercedes G-Class cars are made in Austria iirc. Plus, BMW has an engine factory there. Back in the days, they also had the Austro-Daimler (HO model plus a rather busy workbench...):

Back to topic, I can hardly stand the suspense of awaiting Bernardas' explanation regarding what Austrian cars have to do with outdated and mediocre Gützold engines...
