You are going to have to do some detailed digging - I have a b/w photo of 6413 in front carrying what looks like fully lined BR green with a late crest and apolished safety valve bonnet! 6437 also appears to be carrying this livery in some of Ben Ashworth's photos in the Forest of Dean - were auto fitted examples painted this way? Was Wolverhampton responsible?
