In a word NO!
Never heard of a panier tank in BR Green.
The only ones that MIGHT have been would have been the Hawksworth 94xx class and I can't recall ever seeing one "in the flesh" or in photographs.

There were some in lined out black though and those were few and far between.

Reading the above posts it seems it could have been possible. But, going back to my original reply, I have not seen a panier in BR green livery 16xx class or otherwise. I can't say that I've seen pictures of one in Green in BR days either.
That doesn't mean to say there weren't any!

There were loads of 14xx locos in lined BR green, as was usual with passenger class engines going through the works after 1957.
Nogin's Friend, Yes it would be nice to see a RTR Dukedog 90xx class, like you say the City class chassis would be similar except for the the driving wheels diameter . The Dukedogs having smaller wheels.
I have thought about building one of the Brassmasters kits but never got around to it!
